Price & responsibilities
Confirm availability, price validity and the agreed EXW / FOB / CIF scope. Inspection, export, freight and destination costs are itemised when applicable.
Inspection after the agreed deposit
Agree the deposit, inspection scope, fees and refund terms before payment. Inspection and its report follow the agreed deposit. A major issue is discussed for replacement first, then refund if no replacement is agreed.
Order-specific delivery evidence
Before shipment, settle the agreed balance and confirm the export and logistics responsibilities. Inspection, loading and shipment documents are shared when produced for that order. No previous image guarantees a new order.
